Description
The Role:
Manage day-to-day servicing of assigned corporate clients, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of broking and advisory support
Negotiate insurance terms, conditions, and pricing with local and international insurers to achieve optimal outcomes for clients
Prepare placement submissions, marketing presentations, and renewal documentation for international markets
Coordinate the placement of risks with global broking teams and overseas markets, including London and European hubs
Support the design and implementation of risk transfer strategies tailored to client needs and risk profiles
Maintain strong relationships with insurers, clients, and internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and execution
Monitor policy documentation, endorsements, and contract accuracy throughout the policy lifecycle
Identify opportunities to enhance client value, improve coverage, and support business development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and professional standards?

Qualifications
Requirements:?
Bachelor’s degree?
Experience in insurance, reinsurance, broking, underwriting, or corporate risk management is preferred
Understanding of commercial insurance products and placement processes; international market exposure is an advantage
Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across international teams
Professional proficiency in English and Russian; additional languages are a plus
- Proactive mindset, accountability, and commitment to delivering high-quality client service
