This is an opportunity for an individual to join the Third-Party Oversight team, which is part of Global Investment Operations, a group dedicated to supporting and servicing the needs of our investments business and its clients. The role centers on overseeing key service provider relationships across both WTW’s internal funds business and delegated client base, while working closely with operations colleagues, custodians, and investment managers. Success in this position requires a team-oriented individual who is highly detail focused and comfortable working with numbers.

The Role

• Following set procedures and?maintaining?controls (risk management).?

• Increase efficiency within?the?team by?identifying?ways to improve?processes.?

• Minimum?1-2?years’ professional experience, preferably?in investment management/custodian back-office operations.?
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.???
• Problem solving skills; and a desire to work in a risk-managed and controls-based?environment.?
• Effective oral and written communication skills to ensure that information and knowledge is shared?appropriately.?
• Ability to meet deadlines, manage workload effectively, and?demonstrate?effective time. management skills, such as multi-tasking?and prioritizing?workflow.
• Proficient with MS Office Applications, especially?Microsoft Excel.?
• Bilingual English?required.
• Knowledge in Private Equity y Hedge Funds (desirable).
• Experience in fund valuation, regulatory reporting, P&L and NAV check processes.
