Description

This is a fully remote and full-time opportunity open to candidates located across the US.?

?

The Role

  • Support end?to?end payroll activities for North America, ensuring accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Review and validate data input by Analytics Team.
  • Monitor and assist with various payroll discrepancies.
  • Import and analyze data files from various internal/external sources.

Analysis, Reporting & Reconciliation

  • Prepare and analyze payroll reports, reconciliations, variance analyses et all.?
  • Support year?end activities.
  • Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities using payroll data.

Stakeholder & Vendor Partnership

  • Serve as a key point of contact for payroll?related inquiries escalated from Service Now or internal partners.
  • Collaborate with HR, Benefits, HRIT teams to resolve complex payroll issues.
  • Liaise with payroll vendors (e.g., ADP) to support system updates, issue resolution, and enhancements.

Process Improvement & Projects

  • Contribute to payroll standardization and improvement initiatives.
  • Support payroll system changes, testing, and implementations, including enhancements and regulatory updates.
  • Document payroll processes and controls to support operational consistency.

Qualifications

The Requirements?

  • 3–5 years of Data Analytics experience supporting multi?state U.S. payroll; Canada experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and explain payroll data.
  • Experience with payroll systems (ADP Workforce Now and/or Vantage preferred).
  • Proficiency in Alteryx, Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong problem?solving and root?cause analysis skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline?driven environment.
  • Clear, professional communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Comfort working cross?functionally and adapting to change.

Compensation and Benefits

?

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

Compensation?

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $80,000.00-$85,000.00 USD annually. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
