About the team:

The Corporate Risk and Broking Technology (CRB Technology) team delivers technology and data capabilities that support the Corporate Risk & Broking business. The team designs, builds, and maintains digital platforms that enable broking, servicing, client and carrier interactions, and risk modelling. Our work focuses on digitizing business processes, capturing and analyzing risk data, improving operational efficiency, and supporting growth through scalable, integrated technology solutions developed in close partnership with business stakeholders.?

Role:

• Geospatial Platform Management:

  • Oversee?GIS?platforms?(ESRI,?QGIS),?ensuring?performance,?security,?and?scalability.
  • Maintain?spatial?data?governance?and?interoperability?standards.

• Analytics?&?Power?Platform?Development:

  • Operationally support?dashboards,?reports,?and?data?models?using?Power?BI.
  • Maintain?Power?Apps?and?Power?Automate?flows?for?workflow automation.
  • Integrate?geospatial?data?with?analytics?platforms?for?advanced?insights.

• Data?Strategy?&?Governance:

  • Ensure?data?quality,?compliance,?and?alignment?with?enterprise?architecture.
  • Collaborate?with?data?engineering?teams?to?optimize?data?pipelines.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of expertise?in?GIS?technologies?(ESRI,?QGIS)?and?spatial?data?management

• Proficiency?in?Power?BI,?Power?Apps,?and?Power?Automate?development.

• Strong?understanding?of?data?modeling,?ETL?processes,?and?API?integrations.

• Experience?with?cloud?platforms?(Azure?preferred)?and?security?best?practices.

• Excellent?communication,?stakeholder?management,?and?project?delivery?skills.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any related field.
