Description
The Role
- Client Management & Insurance Advisory?
- Manage a portfolio of local and multinational clients and serve as a trusted advisor on insurance and risk matters.?
- Support insurance program design, renewal strategies, placement activities and policy administration.?
- Provide coverage analysis, policy interpretation and risk management recommendations.?
- Insurance Placement & Market Management?
- Prepare underwriting submissions and negotiate coverage, premiums and terms with insurers.?
- Monitor insurance market trends and develop insurer relationships.?
- Risk Analysis & Solution Development?
- Analyze loss experience, claims trends and client risk exposures.?
- Support development of risk transfer, financing and mitigation strategies.?
- Claims & Service Excellence?
- Support claims advocacy and coordinate with insurers for timely resolution.?
- Business Development & Team Contribution?
- Identify growth opportunities, support proposals and mentor junior colleagues.?

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor degree or above in Insurance, Risk Management, Business, Finance, Economics, Law or related discipline. Professional qualifications such as CPCU, ARM, ACII or equivalent are advantageous.?
- Professional Experience: 3-6 years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance, brokerage, underwriting, claims or risk management.?
- Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of P&C products, policy structures, claims analysis and risk assessment. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.?
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills with strong stakeholder management capability.?
- Resilience & Mindset: Positive, solution-oriented, client-focused and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.?
