Description
El Rol
Responsable de agilizar los requerimientos y reclamos de los clientes para que sean atendidos oportunamente.
Responsable de escalar casos complejos con el superior
Responsable de hacer cumplir las políticas y procesos internos de WTW.
Responsable de supervisar las tareas que se realicen con efectividad (doble ingreso).
Implementar sistemas de medición para un mejor manejo del servicio.
Realizar coordinaciones entre las diferentes áreas involucradas (comercial, especialista y cia de seguros.)
Realizar visitas y reuniones con el cliente.
Responsable de generar reportes mensuales al jefe
Qualifications
Los Requerimientos
Estudios concluidos.
Experiencia en compa?ías de seguros y/o algún bróker de seguros
Conocimiento intermedio en Excel
Servicio al cliente
