Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in Taiwan and help expand our Employee Experience (EX)?solution. This role focuses on delivering diverse solutions to clients, driving culture and behavior change, and creating a strong employee experience. The job content will include leading sales and customer delivery. This is a key position in Taiwan's fast-growing solutions sector, where you will work with a group of passionate colleagues and leverage leading insights (ICs) and digital tools.?
You'll demonstrate the ability to build deep and lasting relationships, design and articulate compelling EX?and change strategies, and build concrete solutions based on deep expertise, both your own and others' expertise. You have access to a suite of strategic advisors and digital solutions. This role also requires strategic thinking, technical understanding, sales leadership, solution architecture, and teamwork coordination skills, focusing on improving EX's?opportunities and turning ideas into actionable actions.?
Qualifications
Proven business development, sales, and account management skills.
Master's degree in industrial/organizational psychology or related field.
Solid understanding of employee listening, employee value proposition (EVP) design, leadership development, change?management/communication, and organizational development (OD)?markets. and at least 10? years of?relevant experience.?
Strong ambition and motivation to achieve results, achieve business goals, and increase market share.
Demonstrate thought leadership and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Influence senior management and board of directors, and work effectively with all levels of the organization.
Demonstrate a collaborative business style and introduce new value-added services internally and to customers.
Committed to quality and continuous improvement.
Business trips can be made as needed and extended working hours can be cooperated.
